	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana realisasi penjualan mobil mitsubishi xpander di PT. Sumber Berlian Motors sebelum dan pada saat kebijakan penghapusan PPNBM dari pemerintah di keluarkan. 
	Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis Case Study. Selanjutnya metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lalu data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dangan membandingkan dan mengkaji dengan dasar-dasar teoritis untuk menarik kesimpulan. 
	Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi pejualan mobil mitsubishi xpander di PT. Sumber Berlian Motors Banjarmasin sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Naik turunnya penjualan pada PT. Sumber Berlian Motors Banjarmasin dipengaruhi oleh daya beli masyarakat terhadap mobil mitsubishi xpander. Dengan adanya kebijakan penghapusan PPNBM dari pemerintah ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil mitsubishi xpander di PT. Suber Berlian Motor Banjrmasin.

This study aims to determine how the realization of Mitsubishi Xpander car sales at PT. Sumber Berlian Motors before and when the government issued the policy to remove PPNBM from the government.
Methods This research is a qualitative research using the type of case study. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained is then analyzed by comparing and reviewing it with theoretical bases to draw conclusions.
The results showed that the realization of Mitsubishi Xpander car sales at PT. The source of Berlian Motors Banjarmasin is very important for the company. The ups and downs of sales at PT. Sumber Berlian Motors Banjarmasin is influenced by people's purchasing power for Mitsubishi Xpander cars. With the policy of eliminating PPNBM from the government, this greatly affects the increase in sales of Mitsubishi Xpander cars at PT. Suber Berlian Motor Banjrmasin.}
