Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian lapangan atau ke objek penelitian dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan penelitian langsung ke dalam kegiatan dan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pimpinan perusahaan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Disiplin kerja pegawai pada Koperasi karyawan Sucofindo Site Batulicin masuk dalam kriteria baik, artinya dilihat dari indikator disiplin kerja seperti melaksanakan tugas sesuai tugas pokok, saling menghormati dan menghargai sesama pegawai, patuh kepada aturan, hubungan kemanusiaan dan sanksi hukuman, 2). Kinerja pegawai berdasarkan penelitian juga masuk kedalam kriteria baik dilihat dari indikator kesetiaan, prestasi kerja, kerjasama antar pegawai tanggung jawab dan ketaatan pegawai. This study aims: To find out how Work Discipline Policy on Job Performance in the Cooperative Site Sucofindo Batulicin. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method of field research or to the object of research where data collection is done by conducting research directly into activities and conducting interviews directly with company leaders. Research results show: 1). Employee work discipline at the Sucofindo Site Batulicin Employee Cooperative is included in good criteria, meaning that it is seen from indicators of work discipline such as carrying out tasks according to basic tasks, mutual respect and respect for fellow employees, adhering to rules, human relations and sanctions, 2). Employee performance based on research is also included in the criteria both viewed from indicators of loyalty, work performance, cooperation between employees' responsibilities and employee obedience.} }
