Manpack system consist of several sub system that create an output data that will be needed by the server system. The required data, are manpack ID data, death/live status data, shooter ID data, shot summary data, position data (longitude and latitude) and detection sensor. In order to have a good communication and secure data on intern manpack system and sending data from manpack to sever, it is designed and build an encription in communication between manpack system and server on the this design and the making of a two side combat battle training scoring adjusting and controlling. This design required several component, such as ATmega8 Microcontroller for the main electronic control unit, transistor as an automatic switch, relay as the circuit for the data communication, Data Radio JZ881 as a tranceiver between manpack and server and C programming language for controlling data on Microcontroller and also the used of encription method that is needed by the server. Based on the analysis, communication between manpack and server works well on the 200 m long, within 3,731 second time. Securing data to avoid the tapping is encript the data with number character.} }
