This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance mediated by morale. The benefits taken from this research can be used as material to motivate employees to work enthusiasm so that it affects the quality and success of the company and contributes to students in solving the same problem. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The number of members of the population in this study were 30 employees. The analysis technique used: validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 73.2%, while the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Financial compensation and partial non-financial compensation with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. While morale is also partially influential with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05.} }
