In Malang Regency, the level of poverty is relatively high when compared to other districts in East Java Pulungdowo Village is included in the village in Tumpang District, Malangg Regency, with the poverty condition of the people it is important to know. So that there are several government policies in poverty alleviation efforts, one of which is Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). However, in reality, Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Palungdowo Village still has several problems and obstacles in the implementation process. Based on these problems, this study aims to describe the implementation of the BLT program and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the BLT program in Pulungdowo Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. In this study using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data analysis technique or model used by the researcher is the interactive data analysis model according to Miles & Huberman. Meanwhile, for data collection, researchers used three methods, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The sample selection as informants in this study consisted of 5 Pulungdowo Village Officials, 1 Pulungdowo Village BPD Chair, 1 Pulungdowo Village BLT Assistant, 1 Pulungdowo Village Community Leader, I RT Head and 5 Direct Cash Aid Recipients in Pulungdowo Village. So that the total number of informants in this study reached 14 informants. Based on the results of research in the field that has been camed out by researchers, it is concluded that in the implementation of the BIT program in Pulungdowo Village at every stage starting from the formation of the committee, data collection of prospective recipients, Special Village Deliberations, data validation, determination of village head regulations, distribution of BLT, until reporting has not been implemented optimally. This is because there are several factors that influence the implementation of the BI.T, such as the quality of implementing resources, supervision or controlling, socialization, and public information media.} }
