Besides that, Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country, also makes health problems difficult to overcome optimally. For this reason, the government makes a policy where this policy will help the community in dealing with health problems, the policy is in the form of social security provided to the community through the BPJS card program. What is expected is to be able to solve existing health problems. However, in its implementation there must be supporting and inhibiting factors. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze Health Services through the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) (Study on the Implementation of the BPJS Card Program at PUSTU Mara 1 Village, Tanjung Palas Barat District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province Based on Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning Health Insurance) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in health services. The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a focus on research, namely the process of health services and what inhibiting and supporting factors exist in the health service process. Informants from this study were PUSTU officers in Mara 1 Village and Mara 1 Village residents who were users of the BPJS card program. The data collection technique of this research was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. While the inhibiting factors are the number of facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking, public awareness to seek treatment at PUSTU and lack of socialization about the BPJS card program itself so that the services provided cannot run well. Through the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS), the (Study on the Implementation of the BPJS Card Program at PUSTU, Mara Village 1, Tanjung Palas Barat District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province Based on Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning Health Insurance) can be said to be running well but this is not optimal. because there are several factors that hinder its implementation. That is the number of facilities that are still lacking, awareness and participation of the community for treatment at PUSTU and the lack of socialization about the BPJS program itself which often causes miscommunication between the community and health workers.} }
