The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of the KOTAKU program in Jodipan, Blimbing, Malang. In order to achieve these goals, this study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is in Jodipan, Blimbing, Malang. The object to be researched is the Implementation of the KOTAKU Program. The result of this study is Jodipan have implemented the KOTAKU program in two locations, namely RW 01 and RW 03 with various kinds of socialization, research, community discussion and so on to change bad habits that will bring back slums. Although various efforts have been made, of course there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors that can reduce the percentage of program success. However the longer this program runs, the progress can already be seen and felt by residents, so that awareness of the importance of cleanliness is increasing.} }
