By conducting this program, the students are prepared to be ready to face tight competition working world. During conducting OJT Program the writer was assigned at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Sunan Kalijogo Pisang Candi Malang as a teacher assistant in the second grade. The responsibles for teaching and guiding the students, such as helping or handling students, helping at office to do administration, and creating a schedule of event in the special day. The writer uses song, flash cards, and audio visual as the creative english teaching for second grade elementary school students. The implementation of songs is helpful for the students to enrich their vocabulary. Furthermore, flashcards are very useful to present, practice, and recycle vocabulary. Finally, the using of audio visual is better for the students in memorising their vocabulary. Based on the practice, it can be concluded that the Creative English Teaching using songs, flash cards, and audio visual could give beneficial contributions to the English teachers. OTJ Program can be a means of Self-adjustment process to build a good work ethic for the writer. In addition. From the OJT Program it is expected to be more responsible and professional on our jobs. In other word, this program is aimed to prepared the students who will enter working environment and handle the problems that might emerge in their future. The writer hopes that D3 English Program can enhance the educational system by giving more teaching method subject for better graduates in the future.} }
