These variables include Learning Organization, Work Motivation and Servant Leadership. The selected sample amounted to 164 people. The method used in this study is the correlational method. This research method is part of quantitative descriptive research, followed by Sitorem analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (I) There is a relationship between learning organizations (xl) and creativity (y) with a value of 0.802., (2) There is a relationship between work motivation (x2) and creativity (y) with a value of 0.30., (3) there is a relationship between servant leadership (x3) and creativity with a value of 0.163., (4) there is a relationship between learning organization (xl) and work motivation (x2) together with creativity (y) with a value of 0.802., (5) there is a the relationship between learning organizations (x I) and servant leadership (x3) together with creativity with a value of 0.802., (6) there is a relationship between work motivation (x2) and servant leadership (x3) together with creativity (y) with a value of 0.323. , and (7) there is a relationship between learning organizations (x 1 ),work motivation (x2) and servant leadership (x3) together with creativity with a value of 0.802.The results of the SITO REM analysis show that the indicators that need to be maintained or developed are; (1 )systems thinking; (2) constancy; (3) discipline; (4) tenacity and (5) flexibility} }
