This type of research is experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). The sample used was 1 kg of kirinyuh leaves (Chromolaena odorata) obtained from Maumere NTT, 25 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) which were divided into 5 treatment groups and 5 replications. P0(-) is a negative control: 5 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) given aquadest. P4(+) is a positive control: 5 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) given bioplacenton ointment. P1 : 5 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) given 5% kirinyuh leaf extract ointment (Chromolaena odorata). P2 : 5 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) given 10% kirinyuh leaf extract ointment (Chromolaena odorata). P3 : 5 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) given 15% kirinyuh leaf extract ointment. The results showed a very significant difference between groups (P2) compared to groups (P1, P3, P4 and P0) (P<0.01). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the leaf extract of kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata) can be used as a ointment against white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
