	High use of the internet makes people use social media to earn income by looking at business opportunities through social media. Opening an online business that is currently in great demand. Social media instagram that is currently in great demand by the public as a medium to open an online shop. The government sees this as a potential to attract taxes on online transactions. This study aims to test whether the tax knowledge, tax service, and taxpayer awareness affect the compliance of paying taxes online shop owner. The population used is the owner of an online shop in Surabaya which is on the site of instagram. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. To analyze the data, it used statistic analyze that is classic assumption test, regression analyze, coefficient of determination, F test and T test.}
