Depression is a clinical mood disorder that involves both body and mind. Depression makes someone thinks if they life is meaningless, and their thought centered on the failures and mistakes or accuse themselves. A depression that consists of episodes and last for several weeks, months, or years, it is known as an uncontrollable depression. And this study focuses on finding the proofs of the uncontrollable depression tendencies issues that happened in musician and also the triggers of it through the character of Jackson Maine in the movie. The research method is Qualitative Research that uses a form of data from the movie script. The result shows that some of depression symptoms happened in the main character, and the trigger of it comes from people surround him.
