		abstract={This study aims to analyze financial performance at Probolinggo District Government in fiscal year 2012 until 2016. The object of research in this study is the Budget Realization Report of Probolinggo District Government in 2012-2016. The data obtained are secondary data that has been processed from the source of Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research by using financial ratios of realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget which consist of regional independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, activity ratio, and regional growth ratio. The independence ratio shows a very low level of independence with an instructive relationship pattern. Effectiveness ratios show very effective results. The Efficiency ratio shows very efficient results. The Activity Ratio shows a balance between capital expenditure and operational expenditure is still not balanced. And the ratio of financial growth is still increasing and decreasing every year.}
