Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor mikro dan makro ekonomi

ABSTRACT 

This study aimed to know the effect of economics micro and macro factors on LQ45 
ipany price earning ratio. Micro factors were studied are Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset 
Over (TATO), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Growth (EG), 
. e to Book Value (PBV); while macro factors were studied are inflation, exchange rate, 

domestic product, stocks index (IHSG). The resulted showed that the variables economics 
o and macro factors significantly effect price earning ratio. Further result of the study 
showed that partially Debt Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Price to Book Value, Gross 
estic product, Stocks index have significant effect on price earning ratio. while other 
ariables such as Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Earning Growth, inflation, exchange 
e haven't significant effect on company price earning ratio 2012 - 2016 period, research
