		abstract={The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational stress (X1) and individual stress (X2) simultaneously and partially on the performance of Gramedia Supermall Pakuwon Indah Surabaya (Y) bookstore employees. The independent variables in this research are organizational stress (X1) and individual stress (X2) while the dependent variable is the performance of Gramedia Supermall Pakuwon Indah Surabaya (Y) bookstore. In this research, the determination of the sample is done by non probability sampling method with saturation or census sampling procedure. The sample used is 64 respondents. Analytical technique using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on F test, it is found that organizational stress (X1) and individual stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Gramedia Supermall Pakuwon Indah Surabaya (Y) bookstore employees.
Based on t test, it is found that organizational stress (X1) and individual stress (X2) are partially significant to employees' performance of Gramedia Supermall Pakuwon Indah Surabaya (Y) bookstore}
