		abstract={(ABSTRAKSI) Evaluasi kualitas website Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) merupakan ide
dasar dalam tesis ini. WebQual merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran kualitas
website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Alat analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan
adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan penghitungan analisis data menggunakan
SPSS.
Penelitian diawali dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengakses
website (www.oganilirkab.go.id) sebanyak 36 SKPD di lingkungan pemerintah
Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian diperoleh angka
koefisien korelasi R Square 0,998 yang menunjukkan bahwa 99,8% variasi
kualitas website dikontribusi oleh item-item dari ketiga Dimensi Webqual dan
sisanya yaitu sebesar 0,02% oleh faktor lain. Angka hasil pengujian F
menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti item-item
pada ketiga variabel yang diteliti secara serempak memberikan kontribusi
signifikan terhadap pengukuran kualitas website.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa dari hasil analisis regresi linear
berganda diperoleh bahwa tiap-tiap item pada masing-masing variabel (usability,
kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi pelayanan) memberi kontribusi positif
dalam pengukuran kualitas website. Kontribusi tersebut sangat besar dan untuk
meningkatkan kualitas website dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan mutu
layanan meliputi peningkatan kegunaan website, kualitas informasi dan kualitas
interaksi. (ABSTRACT) Quality evaluation of the local government or Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda)
website is the main topic in this tesis. Webqual is one of the website quality
measurement method base on users perception. Fold Linear Regressions (Regresi
Linear Berganda) is used as the quantitative analysis measurement while the
counting process is using SPSS.
This tesis begin by giving quesioner in 36 SKPD inside the pemerintah
Kabupaten Ogan Ilir as the users of the website. Based on the analysis we got R
Square number equal to 0,998 which means that 99,8% variation of the measuring
quality of Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) website is positively contributed by items
of the three Webqual dimensions and the rest 0,02% by others factors. The F-test
result which significant number equal to 0,000 less than 0,05 which means that
items in the three Webqual dimensions are giving contribution together
(simultantly) to the quality of Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) website.
We can conclude from the result of Fold Linear Regressions shows that
the contribution of the items in the three Webqual dimensions are significance to
the measuring quality of Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) website and to increase the
quality of the website, Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) should increase the quality
services including on usability, information quality and interaction service.}
