		abstract={(ABSTRAKSI) Produktivitas adalah salah satu faktor yang penting dalam mempengaruhi proses kemajuan dan kemunduran suatu industri, artinya meningkatkan produktivitas berarti meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mutu perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan suatu pengukuran produktivitas di industri yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tolak ukur produktivitas yang telah dicapai dan merupakan dasar dari perencanaan bagi peningkatan produktivitas di masa datang.
Salah satu metode dalam pengukuran produktivitas yaitu Objective Matrix (OMAX). OMAX adalah suatu sistem pengukuran produktivitas parsial yang dikembangkan untuk memantau produktivitas dari tiap bagian perusahaan dengan kriteria produktivitas yang sesuai dengan keberadaan bagian tersebut. Model pengukuran produkitivitas OMAX mengatasi masalah-masalah kerumitan dan kesulitan pengukuran produktivitas dengan mengkombinasikan seluruh kriteria produktivitas yang penting dalam suatu bentuk matrix yang terpadu dan saling terkait satu sama lain, sehingga mudah untuk dikomunikasikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis menggunakan Nida Food sebagai objek pengukuran karena dalam industri ini sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran untuk produktivitasnya sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran dengan periode dasar Januari sampai dengan Juni 2012. Dan diharapkan hasil dari pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) ini akan memberikan gambaran perkembangan produktivitas selama periode pengukuran yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam mengambil keputusan untuk perkembangan perusahaan di masa mendatang. (ABSTRACT) Productivity is one important factor in influencing the process of progress and decline of an industry, it means improving productivity means increasing the prosperity and quality of the company. Therefore it is necessary for a measurement of productivity in the industry that aims to determine the productivity benchmarks have been achieved and are the basis of planning for increased productivity in the future.
One method of measuring productivity is Objective Matrix (OMAX). OMAX is a partial productivity measurement system developed to monitor the productivity of each part company with the productivity criteria corresponding to the presence of the part. OMAX produkitivitas measurement model to overcome the problems of complexity and difficulty of measuring productivity by combining all the criteria of productivity which is important in a matrix form of integrated and interlinked with each other, making it easy to communicate. Based on this, the author uses Nida Food as a measurement object because in this industry have not been previously measured for productivity so necessary to measure the baseline period January to June 2012. And the expected results of the measurement of productivity using Objective Matrix (OMAX) will provide an overview of productivity growth during the measurement period that can later be used as a basis for making decisions for the company's development in the future.}
