Kesadaran tentang hal ini telah meluas dan telah disadari para pengambil keputusan bahwa anak-anak adalah masa depan bangsa. Anggapan bahwa pendidikan baru bisa dimulai setelah usia tujuh tahun, ternyata telah terbantahkan oleh hasil penelitian di bidang neurologi yang mengemukakan bahwa sel jaringan pada otak anak usia 0-4 tahun telah mencapai 50% dan hingga usia 8 tahun telah mencapai 80%, ini maknanya bahwa sejak dini otak anak harus mendapatkan rangsangan sehingga anak berkembang secara optimal. Manajemen dibutuhkan dalam semua hal, inti manajemen yang berkisar pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring akan membuat program pendidikan anak usia dini berjalan dengan sukses, baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Keunggulan sekolah dapat dicapai ketika fungsi-fungsi manajemen berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Ada tiga hal yang menjadi pokok penelitian disertasi ini, yaitu; (1) perencanaan inovasi pembelajaran metode Sentra dan Lingkaran, (2) pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran metode Sentra dan Lingkaran, (3) pengawasan inovasi pembelajaran metode Sentra dan Lingkaran. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada PAUD unggulan nasional berbasis Islam di tiga kota Jawa Timur yaitu PAUD Anak Saleh Malang, PAUD Kid?s Q- Ta Sumenep, PAUD Khadijah Pandegiling Surabaya dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian dengan menggunakan studi multi situs. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data meliputi: (1) teknik observasi, (2) teknik wawancara, dan (3) teknik dokumentasi. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purfosif yang dipadukan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui beberapa teknik tersebut diperiksa dan dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan credibility (kepercayaan), transferability (keteralihan), dependability (kebergantungan), dan comfirmability (kepastian). Begitu data secara keseluruhan diperiksa dan dikumpulkan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis situs dan analisis antar situs. Melalui penelitian ini, diperoleh temuan inovasi pembelajaran metode Sentra dan Lingkaran yang dikelola dengan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien baik perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun pengawasannya, akan mampu melejitkan kecerdasan jamak bagi anak usia dini ABSTRACT Early childhood education is an investment in the future. Awareness of this has been widespread and has been known by decision makers that children are the future of the nation. The assumption that formal education can be started after the age of seven years, it has been refuted by the results of research in the field of neurology that suggests that the tissue cells in the brains of children aged 0-4 years has reached 50% and up to 8 years of age has reached 80%. It means that since an early age a child's brain should receive the stimulus to develop their brain optimally. Management is required in all cases, the core of management that revolves around the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring will make early childhood education program running successfully, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The excellence schools can be achieved when the management functions are work effectively and efficiently. There are three focus being investigated, those are: (1) planning the innovation learning of center and circle methods (2) implementing the innovation learning of center and circle methods (3) supervising the innovation learning of center and circles methods. This research took the object on Islamic Based PAUD Unggulan Nasional in three cities in East Java, those are PAUD Anak Saleh Malang, PAUD Kid?s Q- Ta Sumenep and PAUD Khadijah Pandegiling Surabaya using qualitative research. The study was designed by using a multi-site study. Techniques used in collecting the data include: (1) observation techniques, (2) interview techniques, and (3) technical documentation. While informants were selected using purposive techniques, combined with snowball sampling technique. The data that was collected through multiple techniques was examined and carried out data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by using the credibility (trust), transferability, dependability, and confirmability (certainty). After the overall data was examined and collected, then it was analyzed using site analysis as well as inter-site analysis. Trough this research, had findings learning innovation of Center and Circle methods that managed effectively and efficiently for planning, implementing, and supervising will be able to improve the multiple intelligences of early childhood.} }
