ABSTRACT

This research is motivated by Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party joined by entertainment. It spends Big enough budget till after the end of the marriage ceremony there was only a debt that is prolonged and accumulate, even debt of Ompangan Tengka is inherited to children, grandchildren and offspring. In other that, the researcher was interest to describe and research everything related to Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party in Karduluk village. And  these research focus are (1) The reason of Karduluk society in preserving Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition (2) the ?Urf view of Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition, (3) Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition based on Maslahat al-Mursalah

There are some purposes of this research namely to describe (1) Ompangan Tengka of wedding party tradition, (2) Identification and mapping in accordance with the concept of 'Urf,  (3) burn the Ompangan Tengka of wedding party tradition More dominant kindness or ugliness through the theory Mas lahat al-Mursalah

In this  case, the Researcher uses qualitative and descriptive research approach. and the collecting data are interview, observation, and documentation. Whereas analyzng the data uses data reduction, data categorization, data analysis, and conclusion. And for checking the research data validity uses Triangulation.

According to the result of this case, we can take conclusion that (1) The Karduluk society preserve the Ompangan Tengka of wedding party tradition to adulthood today, as follows: firstly, Tradition or ancestor relics. secondly, The strong social life of Karduluk society. thirdly, long term investment. Fourthly, wedding party capital celebration. (2) Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party Tradition based on ?Urf Can be categorized as follows : Firstly, seen from the object, Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition is an ?Urf ?Amali. Secondly, In terms of scope, Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition belongs to ?Urf al-?Am. Thirdly, From the syara? validity aspect, Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition belongs to Urf al-Sahih (3). Based on Maslahat al-Mursalah, Ompangan Tengka Of Wedding Party tradition is a tradition conforming to the objective of Islamic law in general, Considering the intent and purpose of this Ompangan Tengka tradition is to alleviate and assist the people who want to celebrate a wedding party, and it is worth a kindness.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tradisi Ompangan Tengka Wali>mat al-?Urs yang adakalanya dimeriahkan dengan hiburan. dimana hiburan tersebut menelan anggaran yang cukup besar, sehingga setelah selesai  perhelatan pesta perkawinan hanya tinggal hutang  yang berkepanjangan dan menumpuk, bahkan hutang Ompangan Tengka tersebut diwariskan kepada anak, cucu dan keturunannya. Oleh karenanya, Peneliti tertarik untuk mengurai dan meneliti hal ihwal yang berkaitan dengan tradisi Ompangan Tengka Wali>mat al-?Urs yang ada di Desa Karduluk. Fokus penelitian ini tentang (1) Alasan masyarakat Karduluk melestarikan tradisi Ompangan Tengka Wali>mat al-?Urs (2) Pandangan ?Urf terhadap tradisi Ompangan Tengka Wali>mat al-?Urs (3) tradisi Ompangan Tengka Wali>mat al-?Urs perspektif Mas}lahat al-Mursalah
