ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between the informal organizations with a performance at the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA), determine the relationship between informal organizations with multiple parts (social, economic, religion and culture) with a performance at the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA). This research uses descriptive quantitative research method, while the populations in this study were all groups of employees at the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) which amounted to 245 employees, the research sample was taken randomly to 152 employees, and this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study, from the primary data analysis shows that there is a positive relationship statistically between informal organizations in the following aspects: (social, economic, religion and culture) simultaneously with a performance at the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) Indonesia, while the secondary data analysis (first, second, third and fourth) showed a positive correlation that significant statistically for informal organizations (social, economic, religion and culture) separately with a performance at the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) Indonesia. The religious aspect is the most dominant aspect in the relationship ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara organisasi informal dengan kinerja di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA), mengetahui hubungan antara organisasi informal dengan beberapa bagiannya (sosial, ekonomi, agama dan budaya) dengan kinerja di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua sekelompok pegawai di di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) yang berjumlah 245 pegawai, sampel penelitian diambil secara acak dengan jumlah 152 pegawai, dan penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian ini, dari analisis data primer menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif secara statistik antara organisasi informal dalam beberapa aspek berikut: (sosial, ekonomi, agama dan budaya) secara bersamaan dengan kinerja di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) Indonesia, sedangkan dari analisis data sekunder (pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat) menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan secara statistik untuk organisasi informal (sosial, ekonomi, agama dan budaya) secara terpisah dengan kinerja di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) Indonesia. Aspek agama adalah aspek yang paling dominan dalam hubungan tersebut.} }
