ABSTRACT The discipline of learning needs to be imparted to the students as a way to improve learning achievement. Educating students with discipline, especially discipline of study in an attempt teachers to guide students toward better behavior. The purpose of this study, the first to understand and describe the steps used by teachers in the discipline of learning to improve student achievement at MIN I Malang, both to understand and describe the models used by the teacher in the discipline of learning to improve student achievement at MIN Malang I, third to understand the implications of discipline learning strategies on student achievement at MIN I Malang. This study used a qualitative approach, with a kind of case study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation, all of which are to address the problem of research on the strategy of planting discipline of learning to improve student achievement at MIN I Malang, while the informant research was vice-principal (Waka) Quality Assurance and Public Relations, Waka Student, Waka curriculum, and teachers. The research found (1) steps in planting discipline teacher of learning to improve student achievement at MIN Malang I relied on regulations that discipline the students then translated into Standard Book Classroom Management Operations. (2) model of learning discipline planting in improving student achievement at MIN Malang I represents the culture of the school. (3) the implications of the discipline of learning at MIN Malang I appeared from the UAS and the US who achieve mastery. Based on research that has been done, the conclusion bahwasannya through planting strategies learned in MIN MalangI discipline, will bring good behavior in students and ultimately produce a desired achievement supported by a conducive learning environment and good school management. ABSTRAK Kedisiplinan belajar perlu ditanamkan kepada peserta didik sebagai suatu cara untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Mendidik siswa dengan disiplin khususnya disiplin belajar sebagai upaya guru untuk menuntun siswa berperilaku kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, pertama untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah yang digunakan oleh guru dalam penanaman disiplin belajar untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MIN I Kota Malang, kedua untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan model-model yang digunakan oleh guru dalam penanaman disiplin belajar untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MIN I Kota Malang, ketiga untuk memahami implikasi strategi penanaman disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MIN I Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang semuanya untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian tentang strategi penanaman kedisiplinan belajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MIN I Kota Malang, adapun informan penelitian adalah wakil kepala sekolah (Waka) Penjaminan Mutu dan Kehumasan, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Kurikulum, dan guru.
