ABSTRACT

Cooperation is one form of the social working organizationThe cooperative has the aim to help and ease the burden on its members, especially in financially by using the principle of family so much in demand by the middle to lower. SinarMulia cooperation of Sidomakmur IV the farmhand group is one kind of cooperation which is focus on funding for farmers who become cooperation members in Sidodadi, Paiton, Probolinggo. 

The writer talk about some problems to be the discussions of this research. There are 2 discussions:first how the implementation of the loan in SinarMulia cooperation of Sidomakmur farmhand group IV in SidodadiPaitonProbolinggo?.Second, How the views of FazlurRahman on his double movement theory against loan system in SinarMulia cooperation of the IV Sidomakmur Farmhand group?

The writer using juridical empiric with approachment case. The data taken from direct interview and observation, also analyze some material which related as data analysis of SinarMulia cooperation practiced. In analyzing data, the writer using Editing, classifying, verifying analyzing and concluding.

Base on explanation above, Based on the description can be concluded that, in the implementation of existing loans in the Cooperative SinarMulia, members only use a copy of ID and fill out the form as a condition for lending and borrowing only 500,000 maximum limit per person. While the loan repayments are interest at 5% each month, with a maximum maturity of 4 months after receiving the loan. After all borrowers have to repay their loans with interest then in the fifth month will be disbursed back to the farmers who need in the growing season as well as start-up capital of cooperatives, employee wages and operations. In a review of Fadzlurrahman double movement, it can be concluded that the implementation of the loan system in the Cooperative SinarMulia is allowed by the use of interest in loan interest is considered reasonable and does not exploit the middle to bottom

ABSTRAK

Koperasi merupakan salah satu bentuk dari badan usaha yang bersifat kemasyarakatan. Koperasi memiliki tujuan untuk membantu dan meringankan beban para anggotanya khususnya dalam finansial dengan menggunakan asas kekeluargaan sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat menengah kebawah. Koperasi Sinar Mulia Kelompok Tani Sidomakmur IV salah satu bentuk koperasi di bidang pembiayaan bagi kalangan para petani yang menjadi anggota di desa Sidodadi Paiton Probolinggo. 

Penulis mengkaji mengenai beberapa masalah untuk dijadikan pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, pertama, bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem pinjaman di Koperasi Sinar Mulia Kelompok Tani Sidomakmur IV desa Sidodadi Paiton Probolinggo?, kedua, bagaimana pandangan Fadzlurrahman dalam teori double movementnya terhadap sistem pinjaman di Koperasi Sinar Mulia Kelompok Tani Sidomakmur IV? 

Penulis menggunakan penelitian empiris yuridis  (lapangan), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus yang terjadi di Koperasi Sinar Mulia. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dan observasi lapangan, serta menguraikan beberapa materi yang terkait sebagai analisis terhadap praktik yang ada di koperasi Sinar Mulia.
