Keberadaan majelis sholawat seperti ini sangat dimanfaatkan oleh sebagian masyarakat sebagai sarana konsultasi mengenai masalah keluarga dan juga membantu memberikan solusi dalam menghadapi permasalahan rumah tangga. Sebagaimana dalam Majelis ta?lim wal maulid Ar-Ridwan yang diasuh oleh Habib Achmad Jamal bin Thoha Ba?agil sering sekali membantu menyelesaikan dan membimbing jamaahnya dalam kegiatan yang berisi nasehat-nasehat perkawinan yang bertujuan untuk mempertinggi nilai perkawinan dan terwujudnya rumah tangga sejahtera dan bahagia menurut tuntutan Islam.

Dalam penelitian ini, penulis merumuskan rumusan masalah, yaitu: Bagaimana peran pengasuh Majelis ta?lim wal maulid Ar-Ridwan dalam penyelesaian konflik keluarga? Dan Bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses penyelesaian konflik keluarga?

Penelitian ini adalah termasuk kedalam penelitian empiris, penelitian empiris adalah penelitian melalui wawancara. Informan tersebut adalah Habib Jamal bin Toha Ba?agil selaku pengasuh Majelis ta?lim wal maulid Ar-Ridwan dan Abdurrahman Syarif Alhasni selaku khodam dari habib Jamal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan tentang realitas yang ada di lapangan yakni penyelesaian konflik keluarga yang dilakukan oleh pengasuh Majelis Ar-Ridwan Kota Batu, untuk kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan kata. Mengingat bahwa, data deskriptif adalah merupakan suatu metode dalam meneliti status kelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran maupun kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang.

Peran pengasuh majelis ta?lim wal maulid Ar-Ridwan yaitu Habib Jamal yaitu sebagai penengah dalam keluarga yang bermasalah, sehingga beliau dapat membimbing serta menuntun pasangan atau keluarga yang bermasalah tersebut agar bisa menciptakan keharmonisan dalam keluarga mereka. Faktor keberhasilan penyelesaian konflik keluarga diantaranya dikarenakan sosok Habib Jamal dihormati dan disegani karena beliau adalah orang yang satu kata dengan perbuatan. Mereka adalah orang yang tawadhu?, istiqomah, memiliki kejujuran, serta skil dalam menyampaikan sesuatu dengan lemah lembut sehingga mudah dipahami serta diterima, bahkan sangat pantas untuk jadikan panutan di masyarakat. Faktor penghambat keberhasilan daripada penyelesaian konflik keluarga adalah dari pihak pasangan itu sendiri yang sudah memiliki tekad bulat untuk mengakhiri hubungan mereka.

In the research, the statements of the problem are: What is the role of the caregiver of ta?lim wal'maulid ar-ridwan council in solving family conflict? And What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of resolving family conflicts?

This research is included into empirical research, empirical research is research through interviews. The informant was Habib Jamal bin Toha Ba'agil as the ta'lim Assembly caregiver wal Maul Ar-Ridwan and Syarif Abdurrahman Alhasni as the will of habib Jamal. The research is qualitative, descriptive, i.e. It describes about the realities on the ground i.e. conflict resolution conducted by family caregivers Assembly Ar-Ridwan stone town, and then analyzed with the use of the word. Given that, the descriptive data is a method in researching the status of groups of human beings, an object, a condition, a system of thought as well as current events class.

The role of caregiver Assembly ta'lim wal Maul Ar-Ridwan i.e. Habib Jamal as an intermediary in troubled families, so that he can guide and leads couples or families who are troubled in order to create harmony in their family. Success factors of family conflict resolution among them because the figure of Habib Jamal honored and respected because he is a person that one word with deed. They are the ones that tawadhu ', istiqomah, have honesty, as well as the skil in conveying something warmly so easily understood and accepted, even very deserved to make the role model in the community. Restricting factors of success rather than conflict resolution family is the couple themselves who already have round determination to end their relationship.}
