ABSTRACT Human is the most important thing in organization because it is as success determiner of organization. Through performance, it is known quality of employee, so it is known ability and compatibility activity with the goal of organization. The performance is influenced by perspicacity. The perspicacity includes intellectual quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and spiritual quotient (SQ). Much of research has done about influence of IQ, EQ, and SQ the performance of employee, but the result is different. Therefore, it needs research again. The employee of Balerejo, Madiun?s clinic brings about the responsibility has not given maximum performance. In fact, all of the consumers have not been satisfied with the performance that has given. It means that the goal to give service satisfaction to consumers have not materialized. Since, the factor which influence. This research has goal to examine and prove simultaneously and partially about the influence between IQ, EQ, and SQ at employee performance. Also, examine and prove from three perspicacities. What perspicacity that influenced dominantly is toward the employee performance. This research is conducted in Balerejo, Madiun?s clinic. The phenomenological that used is quantitative associative. This research uses removal surfeited sample technique with 67 respondents. The data sort which is used is primer and secondary with aggregation data technique through questioner and interview. The analysis of data which is used including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression bifilar test, F test, and t test. The result of research shows that variable IQ, EQ, and SQ influence simultaneously as well as partial at the employee performance. SQ influences dominantly at the employee performance. The implication of this research is IQ, EQ, and SQ have same important role communally or individually in improving the employee performance ABSTRAK Manusia merupakan aset terpenting dalam organisasi karena sebagai penentu keberhasilan organisasi. Melalui kinerja, diketahui kualitas karyawan sehingga diketahui kemampuan dan kesesuaian aktivitasnya dengan tujuan organisasi. Kinerja salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan. Kecerdasan meliputi intellectual quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), dan spiritual quotient (SQ). Beberapa penelitian tentang pengaruh IQ, EQ, dan SQ terhadap kinerja karyawan telah dilakukan, namun hasilnya berbeda-beda sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian kembali. Karyawan Puskesmas Balerejo Kabupaten Madiun dalam melaksanakan tanggungjawabnya belum memberikan kinerja maksimal, faktanya belum seluruh konsumen puas atas jasa atau kinerja yang diberikan. Artinya, tujuan untuk memberikan kepuasan jasa kepada konsumen belum terwujud karena faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan membuktikan secara simultan dan parsial pengaruh antara IQ, EQ, dan SQ terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta menguji dan membuktikan dari ketiga kecerdasan tersebut, manakah kecerdasan yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Balerejo Kabupaten Madiun. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan responden sebanyak 67. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunak} }
