		abstract={INDONESIA:

Kecamatan Pujon merupakan salah satu penghasil susu sapi murni terbesar di Kabupaten Malang. Kebutuhan konsumsi susu di Indonesia belum bisa terpenuhi oleh persediaan susu lokal. Sedangkan produksi susu mengalami penurunan tiap tahunnya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi susu murni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan penambahan produksi usaha pengolahan susu sapi murni di Koperasi Susu SAE. 

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Susu SAE di Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Aspek-aspek yang dikaji adalah aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknik/operasional dan teknologi, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, aspek keuangan. 

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, aspek pasar dan pemasaran memiliki peluang pasar yang tinggi, sehingga usaha ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Berdasarkan aspek teknik/operasional dan teknologi usaha pengolahan susu sapi murni layak untuk dikembangkan, karena alat-alat yang digunakan dalam proses produksi mempunyai kapasitas yang tinggi. Aspek manajemen dan organisasi menunjukkan hasil bahwa usaha ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Karena semua karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya, serta untuk karyawan baru dilakukan pelatihan khusus agar dapat menjadi tenaga ahli dan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tenaga yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan aspek keuangan usaha ini layak untuk dikembangkan, karena dari hasil lima metode perhitungan menunjukan hasil yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil perhitungan Payback Period (PP) lebih kecil dari umur ekonomis. Hasil Average Rate Of Return (ARR) lebih besar dari keuntungan minimal yang disyaratkan. Hasil Net Present Value (NPV) adalah positif. Hasil Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) adalah lebih besar dari bunga pinjaman. Hasil Profitability Index (PI) adalah lebih dari satu.

Pujon sub-district is one of the biggest pure milk producer in Malang regency. Since the milk production has been decreasing over the years, Indonesian milk consumption can not be fulfilled by the local milk production. Thus, it needs an attempt to increase the number of milk production. The objective of this research is to find out the feasibility of production increase of pure milk processing in SAE Dairy Cooperative. 

This research is a qualitative research using descriptive approach. The object of this research is SAE Dairy Cooperative in Pujon sub-district, Malang regency. The data is collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The aspects being reviewed in this study involve market and marketing, technology and technical/operational aspect, management and organization, and financial aspect. 

The finding of this research shows that market and marketing aspect derive the highest marketing opportunity, so that the business is feasible into development. Due to the technology and technical/operational aspect, such pure milk processing business is feasible as well, since the equipment used in the production process are on high-capacity. With respect to the management and organization aspect, it appears that the business come about to be feasible into development. The members are all capable corresponding to their educational background, deep training si needed by  new employees for upgrading the personal skill so they can work according to require labour needed. As well as those three preceding aspects, the financial aspect allows the feasibility of this business since the five counting methods show the result appropriate with the criteria. The result of Payback Period (PP) counting is less than the economical age. The Average Rate of Return (ARR) is more than the minimum profit required. The result of Net Present Value (NPV) is positive. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is more than the loan interest. While the result of Probability Index (PI) is more than one.}
