ABSTRACT Good education is education that not only prioritizes aspects of intellectual intelligence (IQ), but also put forward the emotional aspects (EQ) as well as aspects of spiritual intelligence (SQ). To get both intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence needed internalization of values, especially Islamic religious values. Process Internalisasi value of Islamic teachings become very important for learners to be able to practice and obey the teachings and religious values in life. Here the researcher is interested in a junior high school Islamic educational institution that conducts the process of habituation of Islamic values in a programmed way. The purpose of this research is to: (1) know what Islamic religious values are internalized through the process of habituation in Islamic junior high school Baitul Izzah Nganjuk, (2) to know why the Islamic religious values are internalized through the process of habituation, (3) Knowing how the process of habituation done in Islamic junior Baitul Izzah can internalize the values of Islamic religion. To achieve the above objectives, used descriptive qualitative research approach. In this research the researcher uses 3 methods in obtaining data, ie obervasi, interview and also documentation. To check data validity using triangulation. The results of the research show that: (1) the values of Islam that are internalized through the method of habituation in Islamic junior Baitul Izzah is the value of sincerity, patience, trust, tawadhu and istiqomah. (2) the values are familiarized so that students are accustomed to do it not only when they are in school but also at home and society. (3) The values are internalized through the activities of habituation conducted in school as well as the habits of Friday infak, habitually queuing orderly when taking meals lunch room dining, habituation convey qultum, smiling habits, greetings, greetings, courtesy to teachers and friends, istiqomah value through the practice of dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer and asar congregation, morning and evening dhikr ABSTRAK Pendidikan yang baik adalah pendidikan yang tidak hanya mengutamakan aspek kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), tetapi juga mengedepankan aspek emosional (EQ) dan juga aspek kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Untuk mendapatkan kecerdasan baik itu intelektual, emosional serta spiritual dibutuhkan internalisasi nilai, khususnya nilai-nilai agama Islam. Proses Internalisasi nilai ajaran Islam menjadi sangat penting bagi peserta didik agar dapat mengamalkan dan mentaati ajaran dan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupannya. Disini peneliti tertarik pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam tingkat sekolah menengah pertama yang mengadakan proses pembiasaan terhadap nilai-nilai agama Islam secara terprogram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui nilai-nilai agama Islam apa saja yang di Internalisasikan melalui proses pembiasaan di SMP Islam Baitul Izzah Nganjuk, (2) mengetahui mengapa nilai-nilai agama Islam tersebut yang di Internalisasikan melalui proses pembiasaan, (3) Mengetahui bagaimana proses pembiasaan yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Baitul Izzah dapat menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai agama Islam.
