ABSTRACT Internalization of religious values is a process of inserting religious values in full into the heart, soul, and spirit so moved upon the teaching of the religion. Current educational experience often caused the reduction of educational process at school alpa in transferring the lofty values which ultimately impact on the everyday behavior of teenagers. Therefore, one of the solutions offered are with internalization through extracurricular activities as in SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan, teachers have been implementing internalization of the values of Islam to enhance the religiosity of student through extracurricular activities. The purpose of this research is: (1) Describe the internalization of the values of the Islamic religion in increasing religiosity through extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan, (2) Describe an inhibitor factor, factor endowments, and solution of the internalization of the values of the Islamic religion in increasing religiosity through extracurricular activities in SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan (3) Describe the implications of internalization of the values of Islamic religion to incresed religiosity student through extra-curricular activities religious in SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan. The research approach was qualitative research with the kind of field research. The informant is determined by purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by means of reducing data, exposing the data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the internalization of the values of the Islamic religion in SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan through several stages: first, stages of the transformation of value, students are given theoretical knowledge and understanding of religious instill confidence to students. Second, the transaction value is the process by which teachers are not just presnt information but also implement and give an example of real and expected of students also were able to familiarize themselves through direct experience. The third, stage of transinternalization is the process where students demonstrate and implement the knowledge in everyday life as a form of perfectionism in accordance with Islamic teachings. The method used is example, conditioning, and giving of advice. (2) the internalization of factor endowments in SMAN 1 Babat is the teacher, the student?s interest, and support from the school.
