ABSTRACT Learning resources are everything around the learning environment that functionally can be used to help improve learning outcomes. One of the success factors in learning is the existence of learning resources that can be utilized optimally by educators and learners. Learning resources are not just materials or lesson content, but can be people, tools, techniques, learning environment, and activities undertaken in learning activities. Jurisprudence learning content material in Hajj and Umrah, the role of learning resources are needed as an educator in a conscious effort to maximize the knowledge transfer process (Transfer Konowloadge) for learners to improve their learning outcomes. The purpose of this research are: (1) to describe the utilization of learning resources of Islamic Religious Education to improve learning result of jurisprudence of haj and umroh students of class VIII MTsN Jabung Talun Blitar. (2) describe an inhibiting factor and supporting use of learning resources Religious Education I slam in Jabung MTsN Talun Blitar. This research includes qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis phase in qualitative research is generally started since data collection, data reduction, data presentation, triangulation and conclusion analysis. Based on the results of research indicates that the utilization of learning resources to the maximum can improve student learning outcomes. However, in the implementation of the utilization of learning resources of Islamic Religious Education there are several inhibiting factors that are the lack of student motivation in utilizing learning resources as well as available tools, media limitations or tools available and lack of school funding. While the supporting factor is the motivation of teachers, students attention, parents attention, and availability of learning resources that support for the utilization of learning resources of Islamic Education in MTsN Jabung Talun Blitar. ABSTRAK Sumber belajar adalah segala sesuatu yang ada disekitar lingkungan kegiatan belajar yang secara fungsional dapat digunakan untuk membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar. Salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran adalah adanya sumber belajar yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik. Sumber belajar tidak hanya berupa materi atau isi pelajaran, tetapi dapat berupa orang, alat, teknik, lingkungan tempat belajar, serta aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam konten pembelajaran Fikih materi Haji dan Umroh, maka peranan sumber belajar sangat dibutuhkan sebagai usaha sadar pendidik dalam memaksimalisasi proses transfer pengetahuan (Transfer Konowloadge) kepada peserta didik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Fikih materi Haji dan Umroh siswa kelas VIII MTsN Jabung Talun Blitar. (2) mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung pemanfaatan sumber belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam yang ada di MTsN Jabung Talun Blitar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif.
