Berkaitan dengan hal ini pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual pada seorang pekerja profesional merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam meraih prestasi kerja. Karena itu, perlunya karyawan bekerja secara maksimal, lebih-lebih bisa bekerja secara extra role akan memberikan banyak manfaat pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional quotient dan spiritual quotient terhadap prestasi kerja dengan mediasi Organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer yakni mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah model Analisis Jalur (path analysis) dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa emotional quotient tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Emotional quotient tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja melalui organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual quotient tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Spiritual quotient berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja melalui organizational citizenship behavior.Organizational citizenship behavior tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh emotional quotient terhadap prestasi kerja. Sedangkan Organizational citizenship behavior mampu memediasi pengaruh spiritual quotient terhadap prestasi kerja. ENGLISH : In the society, banking is considered as one of the institutions that depend on the resources. Operational activities are handled by professional workers who are experts in the field. Working system must be fast and it is demanded deadlines to make employees must continue to improve the performance optimally. Related to this, the importance of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in a professional worker is one of the determining factors in achieving work performance. Therefore, it is need for employees to work optimally, even more can work in an extra role that will provide many benefits to the company. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of emotional quotient and spiritual quotient on the work achievement with organizational citizenship behavior as mediation. This research used quantitative research with explanatory research type. The sample of research was 61 respondents with proportional random sampling. The type of data used primary data that used questionnaires, and the secondary data was in the form of documents. Data analysis used Path Analysis model (path analysis) with SPSS version of 16.0. The results of this research indicated that the emotional quotient had no significant effect on work achievement. The emotional quotient had no significant effect on the work achievement through organizational citizenship behavior. The spiritual quotient had no significant effect on the work achievement. The spiritual quotient had a significant effect on the work achievement through organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational citizenship behavior could not mediate the influence of emotional quotient toward the work achievement. the Organizational citizenship behavior was able to mediate the influence of spiritual quotient against the work achievement.} }
