ABSTRACT

Spirituality is a form of performance from a system of coaching and the formation of the self to create personal figure who will bring the society on goodness and social justice that is containing embedded activities prepared in such a way. Medical students are they who are able to master the field of medical academic and general science, and by mastering the whole knowledge of religion is very important. A series of cases that,  there is a doctor for example doing abortion, therefore the religious education should be backed, which directly applied the theory and practice. By handling the whole activities in Faculty of medical Students by the supervisor are expected to become a doctor who has good personality of professionally intellect and intellectually professional.

The purpose of this thesis are  (1) Describing the supervisor?s program in fostering spirituality Students of Medical Faculty  (2) Describing the approach used by the supervisor in fostering spirituality students of Medical Faculty. (3) Describing the barriers and solution of supervisor in fostering spirituality students of medical faculty.

This research used the qualitative approach, data collection methods, field observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis use descriptive analysis that includes the reduction of data diplay data/presentation of the data and conclutoins

The results showed that, (1) Program of supervisor in fostering spirituality students of medical faculty, consists of planning, including placement test(aplacement class) and supervisorsimplementation performance activities and evaluation trough monitoring and examination. (2) The approach used by supervisor in fostering spirituality students of medical faculty based on supervisor and supervised students, hiwar method,  qisah method, uswah method, and customary method. (3) The obstacles facing by the supervisor in fostering spirituality students of medical faculty that is 98% the students have never lived in boarding school, dense of schedules and the collision with the activities of mahad, supervisor less active. The solution is to hold a private tutoring for each supervisors, doing meetings with the chief of department and the director of Mahad and doing evaluation for the whole supervisor.

ABSTRAK

Spiritualitas merupakan suatu bentuk kinerja dari sebuah sistem pembinaan dan pembentukan diri untuk menciptakan sosok pribadi yang akan membawa masyarakat pada suatu kebaikan dan keadilan bersosial, yang didalamnya ditanamkan Kegiatan yang diolah sedemikian rupa. Mahasiswa kedokteran adalah mereka mampu menguasai bidang keilmuan kedokteran dan menguasa ilmu umum, dan dengan menguasai ilmu agama sangat penting, sederet kasus yang ada seorang dokter misalkan mengaborsi maka harus ada backingan ilmu kegamaan. Dengan kegiatan mahad yang di handle langsung oleh musyrif diharapkan Mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran menjadi dokter yang profesional intelek ulama dan ulama intelek yang profesional

Tujuan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan program musyrif dalam menumbuhkan spiritualitas mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran. (2) Mendeskripsikan pendekatan yang digunakan oleh Musyrif dalam menumbuhkan spiritualitas mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran. (3) Mendeskripsikan hambatan dan solusi Musyrif dalam menumbuhkan spiritualitas mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran.
