ABSTRACT

Problems in the educational world has indeed become a barrier in the implementation of learning. One of them is the limitation of sources and media of instruction. The teacher as an educator in require capable of creating learning materials in accordance with the conditions of the students at this time. This research aims to mengembagkan learning materials in the form of flip book and media modules on subjects of PAI and Manners as well as to know the impact of their use to increased student learning motivation in junior high 7TH grade Wahid Hasyim was unfortunate.

This type of research is research development or Reseach and Development     (R &D) using model ADDIE. As for the stages of development are as follows: 1) Analysis Stages, 2) Design Stages, 3) Development Stages, 4) Implementation Stages, 5) Evaluation Stages.

The results showed that (1) research development produce learning modules in the form of PAI and Manners and learning media in the form of flip book that aims to improve the learning motivation of students of Class VII Junior Hight School  Wahid Hasyim Malang. (2) the results of the research and development of learning modules PAI and Character-based media flip book meets the criteria is valid with the percentage of trial results by the material amounted to 87%, expert design module of 88%, media design 97%, and teachers subjects of 95%. (3) there is a significant improvement against the motivation of students. Many students who've dared to ask his opinion and States, as well as increasing the value of acquired students before and after applying the learning product development results. The results of the value gained with students after learning materials development results has increased, the average value obtained before using product development is of 61, 035 and after use the product development value results obtained students increased to 96, 071. On the calculation of t-test with a significance level of 0.5 is obtained the results of the t-t-table > count i.e. 4.922 > 2.771 meaning Ho denied and Ha is received. So it can be said that there is an increase in results and learning motivation in students before and after using the result of the development of learning materials.

ABSTRAK

Permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan memang menjadi penghalang dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah keterbatasan sumber dan media pembelajaran. Guru sebagai seorang pendidik di haruskan  mampu menciptakan bahan ajar sesuai dengan kondisi siswa pada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengembagkan bahan ajar berupa modul dan media flip book pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti serta untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaannya terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII di SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Reseach and Development (R & D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Adapun tahap-tahap pengembangannya adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Tahap Analisis (Analyze), 2) Tahap Desain (Design), 3) Tahap Pengembangan (Development), 4) Tahap Implementasi (Implementation), 5) Tahap Evaluasi (Evaluation).
