ABSTRACT The religious culture is a way of thinking and doing according to the religious values. This present study is conducted because there is a deterioration of a religious values in a society. Through the religious culture that implement at schools, it expected to enhance the attitude and the moral of children especially at deaf children. Deaf children have a limitation on their sense of hearing. Even so, deaf children also have the same talent and potentiality as normal children thus, if they get a guidance and motivation from the beginning they able to develop the talent and potentiality they have. This present study are aimed to: (1) describe the concept of religious culture at school especially at deaf children (2) analyze the implementation of Islamic Education study at deaf children at SMALB-B YPTB Malang. This present study utilizes descriptive qualitative approach since it is used a case study. The data collection techniques are gotten from the deep interview, participate observation, and documentation study. The data which already gotten analyze based on data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is checked based on the extension of the observer, perseverance of the observer, and triangulation procedure: data source, method and investigator. The result of this study shows that the study of Islamic Education at deaf children at SMALB-B YPTB Malang covers; (a) the implementation of the study focused on the practice and class management include; the prior activity, main activity and close activity. (b) the implementation of religious attitude can be seen from the activity; greetings, praying, reciting al-Qur?an etc. From the study that has been conducted, the study of Islamic Education at deaf children is supposed to be well-implemented and the students able to realize and do their Islamic obligation ABSTRAK Budaya religius adalah cara berpikir dan cara bertindak warga sekolah yang didasarkan atas nilai-nilai religius. Kajian ini di latar belakangi adanya kemunduran nilai-nilai agama pada masyarakat. Melalui budaya religius yang diwujudkan di sekolah-sekolah dapat memperbaiki akhlak dan moral terutama pada anak-anak yang belum banyak terpengaruh, tidak terkecuali pada sekolah anak tunarungu. Anak tunarungu adalah adalah anak yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam pendengaran. Meskipun terbatas dalam pendengaran, anak tunarungu memiliki bakat dan potensi seperti anak normal lainnya sehingga apabila mendapatkan bimbingan sejak awal tidak menutup kemungkinan mereka dapat berkembang sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan konsep budaya religius di sekolah pada anak tunarungu (2) Menganalisis pelaksanaan budaya religius yang ditanamkan di SMALB-B YPTB Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kredibilitas data dilakukan pengecekan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan pengamat, ketekunan pengamat, dan prosedur triangulasi : sumber data, metode, dan penyidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMALB-B YPTB Kota Malang meliputi : (a) Konsep budaya religius dilakukan melalui 2 cara yaitu power strategy dan pembiasaan, keteladanan, ajakan.
