ABSTRACT

Teaching book or text book is compilation of teaching material. Teaching book consider as one of the most important aspect in teaching activity, because it help teachers to design teaching process in class so the main or aim of the teaching can be achieved.

This research purpose is to (1) know the process of making teaching book for maharoh qiro'ah (reading skill) based on Tsaqofah Islamiyah (Islamic culture) in Ibnu Sina education campus of Kepanjen Malang. (2) to know the effectiveness of using teaching book or text book. This research is research and development         (R and D), the research method used to create a product; teaching book or text book and test it to the research subject after having validation from the experts. The population in this research is all the students semester 3 who take reading 3. The development model is adopted from Moelenda model with 5 steps of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, evaluation)

The result is (1) the process of making teaching or text book for maharoh qiro'ah (reading skill) based on Tsaqofah Islamiyah ( Islamic culture) in Ibnu Sina education campus is done by using 5 steps of ADDIE. The researcher tries as maximum as possible to get the valid result, (2) the researcher gets data from the validator which shows that T test is 14.936 with 12 total respondents. The errors prediction is 5 % from T table 3.60. It can be concluded that T test is higher than T table. It means that the product teaching book is effective to be implemented. 

ABSTRAK

Buku ajar berisi tentang kumpulan materi-materi pembelajaran. Buku ajar dianggap salah satu unsur terpenting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu faktor penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah buku ajar itu sendiri, karena buku ajar mampu membantu guru untuk mendesain pembelajaran di kelas untuk sampai pada pokok/inti pembelajaran. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui proses pembuatan buku ajar untuk maharoh qiro?ah atas asas Tsaqofah Islamiyah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Ibnu Sina Kepanjen Malang, dan  (2) mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas penggunaan bahan ajar tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan (R&D), karena metode penelitian yang digunakan menghasilkan produk buku bahan ajar dan mengujikannya di lapangan setelah melalui validasi uji ahli. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa yang lagi menempuh matakuliah Qiro?ah 3 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Ibnu Sina Kepanjen Malang. Adapun model pengembangan yang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini adalah model Moelenda dengan lima tahapan ADDIE: Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. 

Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) proses pembuatan buku ajar untuk maharoh qiro?ah atas asas Tsaqofah Islamiyah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Ibnu Sina Kepanjen Malang dilakukan dengan 5 tahapan ADDIE. Peneliti berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid, (2) peneliti mendapatkan data dari validator bahwasanya T Hitung 14, 936 dengan responden sejumlah 12 dan prediksi kesalahan 5% dari  T Tabel 3,60, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa T Hitung lebih besar daripada T Tabel dan bermakna bahwa produk bahan ajar ini ?efektif? untuk diterapkan.}
