		abstract={ABSTRAK

Laboratorium merupakan salah satu infrastruktur di perguruan tinggi yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pada Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang manajemen laboratorium masih dilakukan  manual, belum terdapat pengklasifikasian bahan praktikum serta peramalan kebutuhan bahan praktikum, sehingga menyebabkan sering terjadi habisnya bahan praktikum. Oleh karena itu  dibangun sistem informasi laboratorium  dengan menerapkan metode ABC Fuzzy untuk  pengklasifikasian bahan praktikum, Simple Moving Average untuk peramalan kebutuhan bahan praktikum. Pengklasifikasian bahan praktikum menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu tingkat kepentingan, tingkat efek dan jumlah kebutuhan bahan praktikum. Sedangkan, peramalan kebutuhan bahan praktikum dilakukan dengan cara mencari nilai rata-rata bergerak 3 tahun terakhir.  Hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dilakukan pada 4 jurusan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode ABC Fuzzy menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dengan nilai rata ? rata sebesar 88,23% dan metode Simple Moving Average memiliki rata-rata tingkat error yang kecil yaitu 0,03. 

ABSTRACT

Laboratory is one of infrastructures in universities that support teaching and learning activities. In the Faculty of Science and Technology of the State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, laboratory management is still done manually. There is no classification of practicum materials and estimation of the practicum material needs, so, it caused the occurrence of over-consuming practicum materials. Therefore, it is needed a laboratory information system by applying ABC Fuzzy method for classification of practicum materials, Simple Moving Average for estimating the needs of practicum materials. The classification of practicum materials are used 3 parameters namely the level of importance, the level of effects and the requirement of practicum materials. Meanwhile, estimating the need for practicum materials is done by looking for the value of moving average last 3 years. The results of testing the information system conducted on 4 departments shows that the implementation of ABC Fuzzy method produces a high degree of accuracy with 88.23% average value, and Simple Moving Average method has a small average error rate, 0.03.}
