ABSTRACT Strategy is a way or method to realize a process of activity in order to reach the goal. While the teacher strategy means the way that teachers do in achieving certain learning goals. The teacher's strategy in implementing the Cambridge curriculum at Elementary School Pucang Sidoarjo is similar to the strategy undertaken in the national curriculum. It's just the process of teaching and the way students think is different. The Cambridge curriculum is an international curriculum whose teaching and learning activities and all teaching materials use English. Standards of competence in the Cambridge curiculum include the cognitive, affective and psychomotoric. Questions to be answered researchers in this thesis is (1) How the concept of Cambridge curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdhatul Ulama Pucang Sidoarjo?(2) How is the implementation of teacher strategy in implementing Cambridge curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdhatul Ulama Pucang Sidoarjo to reach student's competency standard?(3) how is the problem of implementation of teacher strategy in implementing Cambridge curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdhatul Ulama Pucang Sidoarjo to reach student competency standard? This research uses qualitative approach. The Researchers get data using interview methods, observation, and documentation.The research stages include pre-field, fieldwork, and analysis data in accordance with research procedures by Lexy J. Moleong. The results of research concluded that, (1) the concept of Cambridge curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah pucang sidoarjo is builtin the three subjects that is math, science and english. The Cambridge curriculum has its own syllabus developed by teachers when doing teaching and learning activities. (2) the implementation of teacher strategy in implementing the Cambridge curriculum to achieve the standard of student competence in madrasah ibtidaiyah pucang sidoarjo is that in the implementation of teacher strategy include, (a) learning approach, (b) learning strategy and (c) learning method. (3) the problems faced by teachers in this terms is language, time and adjustment to the learning style of students. ABSTRAK Strategi merupakan cara atau metode untuk mewujudkan suatu proses kegiatan dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan strategi guru berarti cara yang dilakukan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu. Strategi guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum Cambridge di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pucang Sidoarjo sama dengan strategi yang dilakukan pada kurikulum nasional. Hanya saja proses pengajaran dan cara berfikir siswa yang berbeda. Kuikulum Cambridge merupakan kurikulum internasional yang kegiatan belajar mengajarnya dan seluruh bahan ajarnya menggunakan bahasa inggris. Standar kompetensi pada kurilum Cambridge meliputi kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Pertanyaan yang akan dijawab peneliti dalam skripsi ini adalah (1) Bagaimana konsep kurikulum Cambridge di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdhatul Ulama Pucang Sidoarjo?
