ABSTRACT Integrated thematic learning is significant learning for student. Thematic learning give emphasis to the implementation of learning by doing. Thematic learning is one of integrated instruction as learning system which enable the student individually or collectively to dig and found concepts and scientific principles holistically, significantly, and authentically. The research aimed at (1) describing the integrated thematic of class 4 at MIN Bulusari Pasuruan viewed from the learning hierarchy theory of Robert M. Gagne, (2) explaining the implementation of integrated thematic instruction viewed from learning hierarchy theory of Robert M. Gagne of class 4 at MIN Bulusari Pasuruan, (3) explaining the planning and implementation of integrated thematic instruction of class 4 at MIN Bulusari Pasuruan viewed from the learning hierarchy theory of Robert M. Gagne, (4) describing the obstacles in the implementation of integrated thematic instruction viewed from the learning hierarchy theory of Robert M. Gagne The research method was qualitative with evaluation research type that produced written or spoken words to describe or explain systematically, factually and accurately about the facts from the observed data source. The results showed that (1) integrated thematic learning at MIN Bulusari Pasuruan done systematically suitable with the governmental regulation (2) implementation of integrated thematic was planned so the students able to understand the integrated thematic learning as the subject that has relationship with the human life (3) learning planning MIN Bulusari Pasuruan was designed suitable with the sequence, and implementation process of integrated thematic at lass IV at MIN Bulusari Pasuruan was planned so the students able to understand the integrated thematic as the subject that has relation with the human life (4) obstacles faced by MIN Bulusari Pasuruan including difficult learning process, unsuitable between school schedule with the plan and the textbook delay from government. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran tematik integratif merupakan pembelajaran bermakna bagi siswa. Pembelajaran tematik lebih menekankan pada penerapan konsep belajar sambil melakukan sesuatu. Pembelajaran tematik merupakan salah satu pembelajaran terpadu (integrated instruction) yang merupakan suatu sistem pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa, baik secara individu maupun kelompok aktif menggali dan menemukan konsep serta prinsip-prinsip keilmuan secara holistic, bermakna, dan otentik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menjelaskan perencanaan pembelajaran tematik integratif kelas 4 di MIN Bulusari Pasuruan ditinjau dari teori hirarki belajar Robert M. Gagne, (2) Menjelaskan implementasi pembelajaran tematik integratif yang ditinjau dari teori hirarki belajar Robert M. Gagne kelas 4 di MIN Bulusari Pasuruan, (3) Menjelaskan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik integratif kelas 4 di MIN Bulusari Pasuruan ditinjau dari teori hirarki belajar Robert M. Gagne, (4) Mendeskripsikan kendala dalam implementasi pembelajaran tematik integratif yang ditinj} }
