ABSTRACT Full day school learning system is one of the learning creations and innovations to make school superior, innovative, and creative using integrated learning system, which is based on faith, piety as well as science and technology. It will be implemented full day at school in which the school hours must be prolonged in order to ensure that students are able to fully understand every material given with the proportional time allocation and interesting format for the teaching and learning activity. This study aims to find out how the planning of full day school implementation in Zainul Hasan Islamic Middle School in Genggong, Probolinggo, is. Besides, this study also aims to know how the implementation and evaluation of full day school program is. The method employed in this study is a study design using descriptive-qualitative approach. The data sources of the study are the school principle; the chief, staff, teachers, and students of the full day school program; documentation; activities? photos; and documents as references from school. The data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. For analyzing the data obtained from the field, the writer uses the Miles and Huberman model, which means that the data analysis is performed interactively until the data are saturated. The activities in the analysis comprise data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The result of the full day school program implementation in MTs Zainul Hasan in Genggong is shown by the fact that students can make use of the time abundance to deeply understand the course in class. This program also helps students to focus more on their ability without eliminating religious values. Moreover, students can achieve good scores based on the minimum passing grade criteria decided by the school. Besides, the steady facilities and infrastructure are provided by school for the sake of the success of the program that has been conducted since the source of a qualified education comes from qualified facilities and infrastructure too ABSTRAK Sistem pembelajaran full day school merupakan salah satu kreasi dan inovasi pembelajaran untuk menjadikan sekolah unggul, inovatif serta kreatif dengan sistem pembelajaran terpadu yang berlandaskan iman dan taqwa, serta IPTEK, yang belangsung selama sehari penuh disekolah dengan diperlukannya penambahan jam pelajaran agar siswa mampu mendalami setiap materi dengan jatah waktu yang proporsional dan menggunakan format yang menarik dalam pembelajarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan implementasi full day school di MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo. Selain itu tujuan peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan dan evaluasi dalam implementasi program full day school. Metide yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan rancangan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah, kepala sekolah, ketua program full day school serta staf dan guru serta siswa, dokumentasi, foto kegiatan, dan dokumen-dokumen sebagai referensi dari sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
