ABSTRACT

Education is the conscious and planned efforts to implement the learning and process nuance so that the students can actively develop the self potential in order to have the spiritual courage, self control, self, intellegence, good behavior, and also the required skills for the self, society, nation and country. Education must involve 3 aspects cognitive, affective and psychomotoric. The three must be taught with the same portions to the students so that the students are not only able to learn cognitive and psychomotoric, but it also should have the good moral of social or morals which involves the culture of Indonesian which is based on Pancasila. Thus it makes the students are active, talented and well-behaved.

The purpose of this research are; 1) explaining the forms of education field of social science in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City, 2) explaining the approach and education implementation of social values in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City, 3) explaining the education evaluation towards social values in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City.

This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection technique is using interview, observation and documentation, the steps of data analysis done is with data reduction, data serving and data verification.

The research result shows that: 1) The field of social values education in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City is divided into three which are; a) Curriculum field, in the curriculum there are discipline value, toleration, responsibility, democration and partnership, b) Counceling field, in the counceling field there are the responsibility value, self discipline and learning discipline, c) Students field, in the student field there are the values of obeying, empathy, faith, belonging, discipline and justice. 2) The approach in implementing education social values is using intergrated approach through learning process, classical basic guidance and social values practicum daily in the students. 3) Education evaluation of social values in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City by using the value of integration behavior through teacher observation directly about students? behavior, the value from friends, class teachers report in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu City.

ABSTRAK

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Dalam pendidikan harus mengandung 3 aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik. Tiga hal tersebut harus diajarkan dengan porsi yang sama kepada peserta didik agar peserta didik tidak hanya mampu dalam segi kogitif dan psikomotorik saja, akan tetapi juga harus memiliki nilai-nilai yang luhur baik nilai sosial ataupun nilai moral yang mengandung nilai budaya luhur}
