ABSTRACT Leadershipheadmaster who are able to pay attention to situational subordinates/teacher-led and attention to supportive organizational culture that is applied in order to improve and enhance the performance of teachers. This study aims to explain: (1) the influence of situational leadership on teacher performance in Islamic of senior high school subdistrict of Gerung West Lombok NTB, (2) influence of organizational culture supportive on teacher performance in Islamic of senior high school subdistrict of Gerung West Lombok NTB, (3) the influence of situational leadership and organizational culture supportive of teacher performance in Islamic of Senior high school subdistrict of Gerung West Lombok NTB. The design used in this research is to use a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire consisting of variable situational leadership, organizational culture supportive, and the performance of teachers. The number of respondents in this study is 120 people. While the technique used to test hypotheses path analysis (pathanalysis) using multiple linear regression analysis techniques (multipleregression). The results of data analysis proves that (1) there is the influence of situational leadership on teacher performance described by the results of t-test significance values that have massive 0.000 < 0.05, (2) there is a supportive organizational culture influences the performance of teachers who described the results of significant value t-tests that have massive 0.000 < 0.05, (3) there is the influence of situational leadership and organizational culture supportive of teacher performance described by F test results that have massive significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture supportive of teacher performance and the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables besides those two variables, as demonstrated by the Anova test results that have a magnitude of R Square of 0.531. Thus, situational leadership and organizational culture supportive have contributed substantially to the improvement of teacher performance that has become a must for the headmaster and teachers to always pay attention to and improve situational leadership and organizational culture supportive in order to improve the performance of teachers without forgetting other factors that also affect the performance of teachers. ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang mampu memperhatikan situasional bawahan/guru yang dipimpin serta memperhatikan budaya organisasi suportif yang diterapkan guna memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kecamatan Gerung Lombok Barat NTB, (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi suportif terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kecamatan Gerung Lombok Barat NTB, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi suportif terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kecamatan Gerung Lombok Barat NTB.
