ABSTRACT Indonesia already becoming one of most favorite destination to come, because the nature is pretty good and the kindness of the people. The growth of Indonesia?s tourism industry is keep increasing year by year, so the opportunity for the tourism industry growth so. There are so many companies operating in this kind of business, then it distracted the costumers on which company they?ll decide. From this case, the companies which run their business in tourism industry decide to make a difference, which is called ?brand?. The purpose of brand is to invite the costumers to choose their company. The importance of brand, make some companies create their strategy to win their costumer?s heart. In this research, I used qualitative method. Data from this research are interviews, field notes, personal documents, memo notes, and other official documents. This study focuses on how companies can attract consumers through their brands, how companies introduce their brands, and how they create brands. Therefore, the use of qualitative approaches in this study is intended to obtain the facts that are detailed and actually exist in the field. For the activities of Songa in building their brand to attract tourists can be concluded with them trying to attract tourists with how they treat consumers and they managed to create a brand from songa itself as an extreme rafting or challenging adventure, evident from 2011 to 2017 increase in the number visitors almost reach 100% every year Data from this research are interviews, field notes, personal documents, memo notes, and other official documents. ABSTRAK Indonesia menjadi salah satu destinasi favorit, ini dikarenakan alamnya yang indah dan penduduknya yang ramah. Pertumbuhan industri pariwisata di Indonesia terus tumbuh dari tahun-ketahun, ini menjadikan peluang bisnis pada bidang industri pariwisata. Banyaknya perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pariwisata ini membuat konsumen bingung dan kesulitan menentukan perusahaan mana yang ingin mereka pilih, dari kasus tersebut perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang bergerak dalam jasa industri pariwisata membuat sebuah pembeda yaitu brand dari perusahaan mereka, brand yang di ciptakan perusahaan bertujuan untuk memberitahu konsumen dan mengerahkan konsumen. Pentingnya brand dalam perusahaan membuat beberapa perusahaan menciptakan strategi-strategi untuk menarik wisatawan Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Data dari penelitian ini berupa naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumen pribadi, catatan memo, dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana perusahaan dapat menarik konsumen melalui brand mereka, bagaimana perusahaan mengenalkan brand mereka, serta bagaimana perusahaan tersebut menciptakan brand. Oleh karena itu penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif pada penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar memperoleh fakta yang detail dan sebenarnya yang ada di lapangan.
