ABSTRACT Reading skill being very important because it gives benefits in our life. We can improve our knowledge through reading. It can also gives a contribution for knowledge design, and also helps at privat life concordance and also social. Nowadays, Arabic learning needs a technique that can helps Arabic teachers to solve the learning problems, especially reading skill learning. Hope that technique can be a reference at improving student?s ability in reading. One of the technique at Arabic learning is Accelerated Learing technique. This technique is an effective technique in learning. It caused by improving student?s ability so the students can understand the new materies quickly and mastering it. This research has two purposes: (1) To describe Accellerated Learning practice in reading skill learning at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Junior High School Singosari Malang. (2) To know the effectivity of Accellerated Learning in reading skill learning at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Junior High School Singosari Malang. Research method in this research is experiment method. And instruments of datas are observation, interview, and test. The research result of Accelerated Learning application and the effectivity of Accelerated lerning is effective. It caused by the ability of the students to understand paragraphs to get the information of the text well. As the interview result and observation showed that student?s interest and trace at learning activity. The result of pretest and posttest showed that scale is about 16,6 more and significant 2,47=1% and 1,70=5% and it is accepted. And the conclution of using Accelerated Learning technique in reading skill learning in grade 8 at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Junior High School Singosari Malang is effective ABSTRAK Keterampilan membaca menjadi penting dikarenakan ia memberikan manfaat dalam kehidupan kita. Dengan membaca kita dapat memperluas keahlian, memberi kontribusi untuk mendesain keilmuan, dan membantu dalam keselarasan pribadi dan sosial. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini membutuhkan sebuah teknik pembelajaran yang bisa membantu guru bahasa Arab dalam memecahkan problematika pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran keterampilan membaca. Teknik tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran keterampilan membaca. Salah satu teknik dalam pembelajaran bahasa yakni teknik pembelajaran Accelerated Learing. Teknik tersebut merupakan teknik yang efektif dalam pembelajaran dikarenakan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa sehingga siswa dapat menyerap dan memahami materi baru dengan cepat dan menguasai materi tersebut. Adapun penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan teknik Accelerated Learing dalam pembelajaran kemampuan keterampilan membaca di MTs Miftahul Ulum Singosari Malang. (2) Efektifitas teknik Accelerated Learing dalam pembelajaran kemampuan keterampilan membaca di MTs Miftahul Ulum Singosari Malang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Sedangkan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan tes.
