ABSTRACT Many things must be considered by teachers when teaching grammar of the Arabic language, including the delivery of a material, the method used etc. Method is an important thing that must be considered by educators as one of the triggers collapses of teaching is a method that is misdirected and too monotonous. Thus was born Amtsilati initiated by K.H.Taufiqul Hakim which is currently spread across several Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia as one of the solutions offered to solve these problems, so that teaching grammar of Arabic is easy and fun. Then this research comes to give understanding to the society that the teaching of Arabic grammar is simple and fun as walking on Yusuf Abdussatar Islamic Boarding School Kediri West Lombok. From the description above, the researcher takes three formulations of the problem are: (1) What is the purpose of teaching grammar of the Arabic language? (2) What is the material in teaching grammar of the Arabic language? and (3) What methods are used in teaching grammar of the Arabic language in Islamic Boarding School Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri West Lombok? In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method. While the approach used was a qualitative approach. The instruments used in data collection were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that, (1) The purpose of teaching the grammar of the Arabic language in Yusuf Abdussatar Islamic Boarding School Kediri West Lombok is to equip students with grammar language so avoid from mistakes speaking to make the habit of correct language according to the language and know the grammar position so it helps the students understand the texts in Arabic correctly, (2) the material is taken from the five books written by K.H. Taufiqul Hakim which includes, Khulashati, Qaidati, Amtsilati, Sharfiyah and Tatimmah, and (3) the method used is the method of al-Qiyasiyah ABSTRAK Banyak yang harus diperhatikan oleh guru ketika mengajarkan gramatika bahasa Arab, diantaranya adalah cara penyampaian materi, metode yang digunakan dll. Metode merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh pendidik, karena salah satu pemicu gagalnya pengajaran adalah metode yang salah sasaran dan terlalu monoton. Sehingga lahirlah Amtsilati yang diprakarsai oleh K.H. Taufiqul Hakim yang saat ini sudah tersebar di beberapa pondok pesantren di Indonesia sebagai salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sehingga pengajaran gramatika bahasa Arab terasa mudah dan menyenangkan. Kemudian hadirlah penelitian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa pengajaran gramatika bahasa Arab itu mudah dan menyenangkan sebagaimana yang berjalan di Ma?had Yusuf Abdusssatar, Kediri, Lombok Barat. Dari paparan diatas, penulis mengambil tiga rumusan masalah, yaitu: (1) Apa tujuan pengajaran gramatika bahasa Arab, (2) Apa saja materi dalam pengajaran gramatika bahasa Arab, dan (3) Metode apa yang digunakan dalam pengajaran gramatika bahasa Arab di Ma?had Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan studi kasus. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan analisis data.
