ABSTRACT Speaking skill of Arabic is one language skills that have the purpose of attracting the students to be able to speak Arabic. In studying speaking skill also there should be awareness and efforts to form a new habit. As hapenned speaking skill learning in Islamic Primary School of Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang are still many problems that arise, both from teachers and from students. Therefore, purpose of this research is to investigate the problems in Speaking Skill of Arabic learning and made solutions out the problem of teacher learning in Speaking Skill Arabic learning in Islamic Primary School of Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang. This research uses descriptive method qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research are 1) The learning problems in Arabic learning speaking skill in Islamic Primary School of Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang in linguistic terms: weakness mastery mufrodat and difficulty in pronunciation. In non-linguistic terms: The educational background of teachers, the weakness teachers of understanding about Arabic language, the weakness of student motivation, weakness of involvement of the student in the classroom, the used of learning strategies in speaking skill is not appropriate and supportive environment. 2) teachers solution to cope with the learning problems in speaking skill of Arabic learning in Islamic Primary School of Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang, Arabic learning training for teachers, to improve student motivation, to improve student activity, habituate the students to speak Arabic and giving example of pronounciation well. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran maharoh kalam merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang memiliki tujuan menarik terhadap siswa agar dapat berbicara bahasa Arab. Dalam mempelajari maharoh kalam juga harus ada kesadaran dan usaha untuk membentuk suatu kebiasaan baru. Seperti pembelajaran maharoh kalam di Madrasah Ibtida?iyah Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang masih banyak masalah yang muncul, baik dari guru maupun dari siswa. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengadakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika pembelajaran maharoh kalam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan solusi guru untuk mengatasi problematika pembelajaran maharoh kalam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Ibtida?iyah Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Problematika pembelajaran maharoh kalam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Ibtida?iyah Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang dari segi linguistik : Kurangnya penguasaan mufrodat dan Kesulitan dalam pelafalan huruf. Dari segi non linguistik : Latar belakang pendidikan guru, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran bahasa Arab, kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya keaktifan siswa di dalam kelas, strategi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran maharoh kalam tidak sesuai dan lingkungan yang tidak mendukung. 2) Solusi guru untuk mengatasi problematika pembelajaran maharoh kalam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Ibtida?iyah Miftahul Ulum 2 Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang yaitu pelatihan} }
