So that the flow of communication and information running smoothly. The purpose of this study was to determine the organization's communication climate in Hedge Construction Lda Unipessoal East Timor. Healthy climate organizational communication can be used as an indication that the company has the image in the competition between companies. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using total sampling the total number of employees and leaders who are in the organization. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire, in which the results of the questionnaire will be analyzed and presented in the form of frequency tables descriptively. The results of this study can be seen that organizational communication climate in Hedge Construction Unipessoal Lda, Dili, East Timor has been going well. This can be seen in the analysis of indicators of research that: provide leadership and employees trust each other, there is honesty between the two parties, openness to the above went well, and equally concerned at the high performance goals for better results.} }
