		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the objectivity of news on online media in reporting on Vivanews.com Golkar chairman Bakrie, because the news is always favorable for Bakrie and Golkar side. 
The foundation of the theory used in this study are newspapers, online newspapers characteristics, understanding and functioning of the press, the theory
of freedom of the press, news objectivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method, which uses the analysis that has been specified by
Rahmah Ida. The population in this study were all in the show in the news media about the news online Vivanews.com Golkar chairman Bakrie.
The results of this study are based on the analysis of the four news about Bakrie as chairman of the Golkar Party in the online media vivanews.com, the objectivity of news only at first, while the other three are not the objectivity of news based categorization Rahmah Ida.
