    The Purpose of this study to determine the representation of nationalism PATRIOT 
serial drama shows in NET TV.  
    This research method included in the semiotic analysis of qualitative research. This 
Study uses the theory of John Fiske were then divided into three levels, nameley the level of 
reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. 
    The conclusions obtained from this study is that representation of nationalism in the 
serial drama is found in the struggle, persistance, and self sacrificing Indonesian soldiers and 
civilians in maintaining the integrity of the republic Indonesia.
