		abstract={KBMIK Cepu is located in Batokan vilage, Bojonegoro and is a private company
in indonesia engaged in manufacturing, which produces shaft gear products that
use customer order production system, or better known as continue company.
Therefore, companies must always maintain the performance of the supply chain
so that the product did not experience delays in production. With this research is
expected to increase in performance in the company's Supply Chain Management.
From the results of the performance of the Supply Chain performance KBMIK
Cepu can be seen that the highest performance value contained in the period in
november 2017 amounted to (614,45) and the performance of the lowest Supply
Chain contained in april 2017 period amounted to (446,58). And of the 11
performance indicators Supply chain company there are 6 indicators that have
value high score and 5 indicators that have a value lower scores, the first is the
Number of customer complaint with a score of (22.6), the second is the Time to
solve a complaint with a score of (22,6). The third is the Percentage of adjusted
production quantitywith a score of (30), the fourth is the Forecast Accuracywith a
score (31,43), and the fifth is the Supplier Delivery Lead Timewith a score (37,75).
