The cause of liver damage is the long-term use of drugs called hepatotoxicity. The use of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) in the treatment of tuberculosis is one of the causes of hepatotoxicity. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the use of hepatoprotector in adult tuberculosis patients in Karanganyar District Hospital. The method used in this research is nonexperimental descriptive. Data collection was carried out retrospectively through medical records of adult Tuberculosis patients. Samples were obtained as many as 51 adult Tuberculosis patients who met the inclusion criteria by using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate the majority of adult male Tuberculosis patients (51%). The use of hepatoprotector for adult Tuberculosis patients in Karanganyar District Hospital of 51 patients who received hepatoprotector 84.31% consisted of single drug 65.12% and combination drug 34.88%. A single hepatoprotector includes proliver 17.86%, Kurkumex 82.14%. The use of hepatoprotector combination of liver aminophucine with curcumex 26.66%, liver aminofucin with proliver 66.67%, liver aminophucine with proliver and curcumex 6.67%.} }
