		abstract={Chlorpyrifos pesticide is group of a organofosfat pesticide that used to
exterminate some types of pest on the plant, excessive spraying and exposure of
pesticide on a plant shall renounce residual pesticide on a plant. One of them that
sprayed with chlorpyrifos pesticide is onion spring, The purpose of this research is
to know how many chlorpyrifos pesticide residual levels on onion spring. The
method to determinate pesticide residual levels chlorpyrifos is using UV-VIS
spectrofotometry, and obtained 694 nm wavelength, with 15 minute operating
time. The fresh onion spring extracted with aceton. The result of extraction is used
to quantitative test. The average result level chlorpyrifos on onion spring is 0,1855
± 0,008694 mg/kg with CV% is 4,6244%.}
