The method used in research is the colorimetry method. Identification of flavonoids with concentrated HCl reagents and magnesium metal which changes color to red which indicates a positive sample containing flavonoids. The results of the study showed total flavonoid levels contained in raw pineapple juice with an average flavonoid level of 0,00027367% QE.} }
